Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your item(s), please send us an email at info@move-apparel.com stating the reason within 14 days of receiving your order. We will handle each case individually and provide either a replacement order, store credit, or refund depending on the issue.

Please note that we do not offer store credit or monetary refunds in the following cases:

  • Orders where the customer has inputted incorrect addresses
  • Orders where the customer has ordered the wrong size
  • Products that have been worn, washed, marked, or damaged in any way.
